Completely Renovate Your Look

Do you find yourself covering your mouth when you smile? Do you avoid getting your picture taken? Are there certain foods you can’t eat, due to tooth pain and discomfort? We understand. That’s why along with veneers and crowns, we offer All-on-4® full arch implants in Los Angeles, CA! Also known as full mouth dental implants, All-on-4 full arch dental implants are permanent dental replacements for one or both arches of your teeth.

Consider Your Options

At West LA Implants, we offer top-tier dental care, especially when it comes to implants. Even if other dentists have declined to perform dental implant surgery on you, Dr. Barriere at West LA Implants offers free second opinions, and he specializes in difficult cases. Find out if you’re a candidate for dental implant surgery today! We provide an assortment of choices – including traditional dentures, implant supported dentures, and All-on-4 permanent full mouth dental implants – for you, based on your needs.

If your current dental implants are failing or causing you pain, we can restore them with dental implant restorations. This procedure can enable you to live without mouth pain once again, but it requires a delicate touch and years of experience, which Dr. Barriere offers. A good compromise for people who want the stability and strength of dental implants, but aren’t able to commit to full mouth dental replacement, implant supported dentures — available in both full and partial — attach to posts that are implanted in your mouth. Compared to traditional dentures, they provide improved biting and chewing power and reduced friction. All-on-4 Dental Implants are ideal for people who are missing many teeth, as they replace all of your teeth at once. They permanently attach to your jaw, and you take care of them like you would your natural teeth.

The West LA Implants Process

1

Step 1: Your Initial Visit

When you first visit our office, you’ll find a whole team of experts who are ready to help you find out whether dental implants are the right option for you. At your initial consultation, we’ll take a three-dimensional cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) scan of your mouth and jaw. This helps us determine the ideal placement for implants, and we can also diagnose any issues that need to be treated before you receive them. From these scans, Dr. Barriere will create custom chrome surgical guides that enable the precision placement of your dental implants. These guides ensure that your posts are implanted onto the strongest part of your jaw, maximizing your chances of success.

2

Step 2: The Day of Surgery

Your next appointment will be your dental implant surgery. We offer oral, IV and nitrous oxide sedation for implant surgery, so your time in the chair will seem to pass in the blink of an eye. During your procedure, Dr. Barriere will remove any remaining teeth, then use guides to precisely implant four or more titanium or zirconia posts into specially chosen areas of your jawbone. During the next several months, these posts will fuse with your jaw in a process called osseointegration. Thanks to our TeethToday® technology, you’ll come away from surgery with temporary nanoceramic replacement teeth, then three to four months later, you’ll return for your final zirconia restorations.

3

Step 3: Final Steps

After three or more months, your posts will have sufficiently fused with your jawbone to support your restoration. When you return to our office, we’ll make sure your jaw is in good shape and we’ll place your final restoration, checking to make sure it fits well and feels good.
