We are in-network with most PPO only dental insurance carriers, including United, Concordia, Principle, GIHA, Emeritus, and Guardian

About the West LA Implants Dental Savings Plan
Even if you don’t have dental insurance, we believe you should be able to access affordable dentistry. That’s why we offer the West LA Dental Savings Plan to all our patients. We offer three plans to choose from, all of which include preventive care, X-rays and emergency visits.
Executive Plan
Adults: $400/year
• $300.00 Off Orthodontics (Invisalign)
• 20% off all procedures on the Dental Services List (except orthodontic treatment)
• New patient comprehensive exam and X-rays, periapical and bitewing x-rays
• 2 periodic exams
• 2 regular cleanings (excludes SRP-deep cleanings however ok to use 20% discounted)
• 2 fluoride treatments
• Oral cancer screening
• 2 emergency visits
• Perio-maintenance - &150.00 (excludes discount)
Premier Plan
Adults: $300/year
• $150.00 Off Orthodontics (Invisalign)
• 10% off all procedures on the Dental Services List (except orthodontic treatment)
• New patient comprehensive exam and X-rays, periapical and bitewing x-rays
• 2 periodic exams
• 2 regular cleanings (excludes SRP-deep cleanings however ok to use 10% discount)

Limitations and Exclusions
- Patients can not use other dental coverage or dental insurance plans in conjunction with this savings plan.
- The fee for the savings plan is for the included services and represents a discount of those services.
- The fee for this plan is not a membership fee or insurance plan.
- Any unused services are not transferable to the other patients and don’t roll over from year to year.
- This plan begins the date of purchase and is valid for one year thereafter.
- Patient must be 18 years of age and is not transferable to other patient or family members.
- Once plan is purchased it is non-refundable
- If using outside financing (lending houses) , the discount rate will not apply to dental services list
